Jeffrey Lewis live songs
Jeffrey Lewis & the Junkyard’s UK tour is almost over, ending this weekend at ATP. If you’ve been lucky enough to get to see them play, good on you. I regret not going to the Scala gig a couple of weeks ago, but that’s partially been made up for by Jeff’s ace lunchtime Pure Groove gig and these live songs recorded off Marc Riley’s BBC 6 Music show on Tuesday. Three songs from new album Em Are I and one cover of a Stephen Malkmus b-side. I can’t imagine the original being any better.
I’ll see a proper Jeff Lewis gig next time, definitely!

Thanks for this.
I was at the Manchester gig. It was just awesome. Better than the other 3 times.

Yeah, I heard Marc Riley say the next day that Manchester gig was the best he’d seen Jeff, so yeah. Lucky you!

I saw him in Newcastle, it was absolutely incredible, really hope he’s announced for Glasto…
